604-580-2464First time booking? When we get back to you, we’ll ask for a credit card for the $125 consultation fee to secure your appointment. This is later credited towards services at our clinic, if booked within 30 days. Otherwise, this fee is non-refundable.
A consult fee is not needed for minor treatments, such as microdermabrasion or HydraFacial™ sessions, because they don’t need consultations. We’ll let you know if the service you’re inquiring about doesn’t require a consultation, don’t worry.
No shows, or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $75 fee. This is why we ask for credit card info, regardless.

We’re flexible, and fast
We’ll set up a time that works for you to come in for a consultation, where you’ll meet our beauty technicians or doctor. Saturdays and evenings are good for us, too! Whatever your availability and ours is, we’ll aim to book you in as soon as possible. We can answer the most basic of questions on the phone, or by e-mail. The detailed stuff will need to be discussed in-person (including cost estimates). Consultations can take 45 minutes to 1 hour.
We’ll ask questions, and do our research on you
Give us your health history, and let us examine the condition you want to treat
When you walk into our Surrey skincare clinic for the first time, you will be met by our directors of first impressions – like a VIP guest! We’ll offer you a drink, and help you fill in a few forms. We’ll need these to take safety precautions during your non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Just before your consutlation, we’ll take a computerized analysis of your skin (using our Visia machine or by Vectra imaging). If there’s any time leftover, we’ll give you a tour of our clinic.
Talk with a medical cosmetic expert in Surrey
You’ll meet one-on-one with our skincare specialists
Finally, you’ll enter a private room with a qualified cosmetic laser technician, a medical aesthetician, or a doctor who is trained in dermal injections. This is when we’ll take an in-depth look at your condition, and learn about your concerns. We’ll educate, and provide solutions we think will work on you. You will be well informed by the end of your consultation, as to the next steps of your customized treatment plan (including costs).
