The following return and exchange policies do not apply to purchases of our in-office services. Rather, they apply only to physical products purchased through our e-commerce system, or in-house.
Unused physical products in their original packaging are refundable within 20 days. We will inspect your returned product once it is received by us. When we confirm it is in the same condition in which we sold it, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. If it is not, we will not be able to offer a refund.
To start a return, please send us your proof of purchase. You may also bring it to us in person, along with the product you want to return.
We do not cover the cost of shipping for returned items. We also do not refund the original cost of shipping. We recommend using a shipping option with tracking and insurance for high-value items. We will not be responsible for guaranteeing that we will receive your item for a return or exchange.
We will offer you a refund with a credit to your original method of payment (a credit card). Please note that refunds can take some time to be processed by us, and then posted by your credit card company. We recommend waiting at least two weeks to see the credited funds in your account. If it has been at least that long, you may feel free to ask us about the situation, and we can help you look into it.
Purchased items from our store are eligible for exchange if they are defective or damaged. However, we will need to inspect the product to determine its eligibility for an exchange, with the same terms outlined above for returns.
