We offer non-surgical nose jobs in Vancouver, at our Surrey clinic. This procedure is a cost-effective alternative to rhinoplasty, which, until recently, could only be done with plastic surgery. These days, we can change parts of your nose shape with injectable fillers. These last up to a year in some patients. They come with little to no downtime, too.
At our clinic, injections are only performed by qualified, trained and licensed doctors. This is for your safety, which becomes even more pertinent when working in the nose area.
Our clinic boasts quite a reputation, having been established for over 20 years. Patients travel to us from far and near, including from Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Delta (Tsawwassen and Ladner), Richmond, Vancouver, Whistler, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Aldergrove, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and even as far as Bellingham, Washington and other U.S. cities.
If you’re interested in learning what a non-surgical nose job can do for your facial symmetry and profile, we encourage you to book a consultation at our clinic. This will allow us to learn more about your goals. From there, we can make recommendations, and answer questions you may have.
What types of dermal fillers do you use for nose jobs?
Non-surgical nose lifts can use a variety of dermal fillers. We tend to stick to the longer-lasting options, though this will depend on your specific case. We’ll need to see you for a consultation to determine the solution that’s best for you.
At our clinic, we are not limited to just using hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, such as Juvéderm® (though these are great). Our doctor has advanced training to be able to use a variety of injectables. Some of these last much longer than HA, and give you more ‘pay off’ for the cost of a non-surgical nose job in Vancouver.
For example, depending on your needs, we may be able to use:
All the fillers we use are reputable, and safe for cosmetic purposes.
What types of nose shapes can you create with non-surgical rhinoplasty?
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is basically another term for “nose injections.” Just like we can use fillers to raise your cheekbones, lips or eyebrows, we can also use them to raise ‘dips’ in the nose. As a result, the nose bumps appear much smaller. These humps can end up looking like they were never there to begin with. You’ll get a smoother, straighter nose profile.
Those with flatter noses can also use this method to ‘bulk up’ the nose, for more definition.
The most common areas we inject on the nose include:
- Nose bridges (the ‘dip’ near your temple).
- Nose end tips (such as those drooping downward).
- Crooked or irregular bone structures on the nose.
Non-surgical nose reshaping can’t take away parts of your nose or nostrils. Therefore, they can’t thin your nose width, nor make it narrower. But, they can create the illusion of a much smaller nose, or a refined nose.
Is non-surgical rhinoplasty a permanent solution for nose shaping?
No, it’s not, and that’s the beauty of it! The fillers dissolve eventually (usually in about 6 – 12 months). This means you can try different nose shapes over time, if you so desire. It also means that if you don’t like your temporary nose job, you won’t have to live with it forever.
By contrast, a surgical nose job would be permanent, and difficult to undo. It would also increase the potential of infection, which is always a risk with invasive surgery.
Will my nose still look natural?
Yes! Our Surrey non-surgical nose jobs make slight adjustments to your nose profile. Careful observers will definitely notice the improvement. But you won’t look out-of-place, nor ‘fake.’
If you want a dramatic look, however, this may be possible. Let us know, and we can discuss your options.
Is a non-surgical nose job safe? What are the risks or side effects?
The safety of this type of nose job depends largely on the practitioner performing the procedure. This is critical; the nose area contains blood vessels that are very important to other parts of your body. These absolutely must not be interfered with during a nose injection.
Our clinic doctors use a special technique to avoid injecting directly into these sensitive areas on the nose. Instead, the needle is inserted through a different pathway, and injectables only fill the top layer of skin, without going too deep.
This is one of the main reasons to use our services over that of other clinics. Our method is much safer, and much more modern.
Other than that, compared to surgical rhinoplasty (plastic surgery for the nose), the downtime of this procedure is minimal. You may experience swelling or bruising. However, these issues will resolve within a week or so. Surgery, on the other hand, would require weeks of painful recovery.
What other options are there for nose enhancements in Vancouver?
The only other way to adjust your nose shape is with invasive plastic surgery. Surgery always presents a risk of infection. It can also mean a more permanent change, for a lot more money.
There are some cases that may warrant plastic surgery for changing your nose shape. These include issues that don’t have to do with nose slope, or bumps in the nose, as discussed above.
Can a non-surgical nose job fix breathing problems?
No, this is an entirely cosmetic technique, and is not meant to address any medical issues. If you have breathing problems requiring rhinoplasty, we encourage you to see your doctor as a first step.
What is the cost of a non-surgical nose job at your Surrey clinic?
Being able to give you a price for a non-surgical nose job will require seeing you in person for a consultation. This is because the final quote will need to factor in the the following details:
- The nose shape you’re starting with.
- The nose shape you want.
- The length of time you want your filler to last (i.e. which filler to use).
- The amount of filler we will need to use, to achieve your desired results.
These details will vary from person to person, and so therefore, the price will also.
To give you a very general guideline (not to be taken as a final quote), we can say that non-surgical rhinoplasty at our Surrey skin clinic can start at around $735, and go up from there.
Our fees include the initial doctor consultation, 3D imaging and documentation, materials (filler and needles), plus the injection service time to have a licensed doctor safely carry out your nose enhancement. An aesthetic assistant will also be present, to help with the procedure and immediate after care.
Prices on this website are to be used as a guide, and not a definite cost for your treatment. Prices can change at any time.
Procedure results are not guaranteed, and can vary from patient to patient.
