How to prepare for a Latisse® consultation
We will ask you about any eye-related allergies, surgeries or conditions you have (or have had). We may ask about other health information. Please have medical records available.
If you are a B.C. resident, please have your MSP card ready for a virtual doctor consultation, to receive a prescription of Latisse®.
If you are a Brilliant Distinctions® loyalty member hoping to earn points on this purchase, please send us your member ID number before your consultation. You can do this on the checkout page, during the booking process, or by calling us beforehand.
If you are opting for a video chat consultation, you must have a strong internet connection, with clear camera imagery and voice audio.
Install and update your chosen video software before your appointment (see above for options). Please also perform all technical tests before your consultation.
