Functionalab Triple Action Peel Discovery Size gives you the brand’s AHA/BHA pad format in a smaller 20-pad jar. It is a useful option when you want to try the routine before committing to the regular size, or prefer a more compact format.
The smaller jar does not mean a weaker exfoliant. The formula still combines an 8% AHA complex with 2% salicylic acid, so introduce it thoughtfully. Tell us about your current retinol, cleanser and exfoliating products before adding another active step.

How to use Functionalab Triple Action Peel – Discovery Size
- After cleansing, gently sweep one pad over the face, avoiding eyes, lips and mucous membranes.
- Do not rinse. Follow with your usual appropriate skincare.
- Introduce gradually according to tolerance and the directions on your jar. Use sunscreen during the day.
The supplier permits more frequent use for suitable skin, but that is not a reason to begin aggressively. Ask us before combining the pads with another acid product or retinoid.
Clinical studies and supplier testing:
Functionalab’s current results graphic describes a one-month study with twice-daily application and an average participant age of 48. The product page reports that 95% of participants noticed a brighter, more even-looking complexion and 90% noticed smoother texture. These are supplier-reported observations, not guaranteed outcomes. The study schedule is not a reason to over-exfoliate your own skin. The testing concerns the Triple Action Peel formula, not a separate trial of the 20-pad packaging.
