What to expect during your first consultation at our Surrey laser centre
Book a time to meet us – it’s easy!
We’re flexible, and fast
Booking an appointment is as easy as texting us, calling us or e-mailing us. We’ll set up a time that works for you. Saturdays and evenings are good for us, too! Whatever your availability and ours is, we’ll aim to book you in as soon as possible. We can answer the most basic of questions on the phone, or by e-mail. The detailed stuff will need to be discussed in-person (including cost estimates). Consultations can take 45 minutes to 1 hour.
We’ll ask questions, and do our research on you
Give us your health history, and let us examine the condition you want to treat
When you walk into our Surrey skincare clinic for the first time, you will be met by our directors of first impressions – like a VIP guest! We’ll offer you a drink, and help you fill in a few forms. We’ll need these to take safety precautions during your non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Just before your consultation, we’ll take a computerized analysis of your skin (using our VISIA® skin analysis machine or by VECTRA® 3D imaging). If there’s any time leftover, we’ll give you a tour of our clinic.
Talk with a medical cosmetic expert in Surrey
You’ll meet one-on-one with our skincare specialists
Finally, you’ll enter a private room with a qualified cosmetic laser technician, a medical aesthetician, or a doctor who is trained in dermal injections. This is when we’ll take an in-depth look at your condition, and learn about your concerns. We’ll educate, and provide solutions we think will work on you. You will be well informed by the end of your consultation, as to the next steps of your customized treatment plan (including costs).
We’ll be straight with you about cosmetic procedures
As a doctor-led clinic based in medicine, we’re straightforward and honest. If we think a treatment won’t work on you, we’ll tell you. We’ll also give you our best opinion on alternative solutions that may make you just as happy. We’ve got so much to offer, it’s unlikely we won’t be able to help you.
